We successfully delivered comprehensive scaffolding solutions for a major refurbishment project for one of our regular commercial clients. The project involved external scaffold erection to facilitate window surveys, complete with beam and goods hoists to support extensive internal refurbishment works. Following completion of the Moorgate elevation works, our focus shifted to internal lightwell operations where we erected scaffolding to support steelwork installation and lift works.

The project incorporated three 500kg capacity hoists operating on Niko track systems for efficient material handling, demonstrating our capability to adapt scaffolding solutions throughout different phases of complex refurbishment works. Our established relationship with this client enabled us to deliver tailored solutions that met their specific operational requirements whilst maintaining the highest safety standards throughout the project duration.
