Access Solutions Scaffolding continues to invest heavily in staff training with the belief that prevention is better than cure when working in a high risk industry. All staff are trained to the highest levels, often exceeding industry standards to ensure they can carry out the tasks in hand to a high degree of safety and efficiency.

Access Solutions Scaffolding operates a training matrix held on its database to ensure all staff from yard labourers through to senior management attend the necessary training courses to ensure the company continues to provide a high class level of service to its customers.

Access Solutions Scaffolding has achieved a "Gold Certificate Of Achievement" by ensuring in excess of 75% of its site operatives hold "Construction Skills Certification Scheme" cards as required by the Major Contractors Group.

Our scaffolding operatives hold both S/NVQ & CITB levels of achievement.

Other training includes Scaffolders Asbestos Awareness Course, Personal Track Safety, Abrasive Wheel Course, & Manual Handling.
